Austal advises middle market companies that are unable to fully capture potential growth or liquidity opportunities because they have outgrown their existing financing sources. Austal considers every available source of capital on behalf of our clients, including asset-based loans, senior cash flow loans, institutional private placements, equipment and mortgage financing, asset securitizations, operating or capital leases, subordinated debt, preferred stock and common equity.

We recognize the structural and logistical challenges of closing multiple transactions simultaneously and focus on investors who might also bring other value to our clients apart from financial backing.
